Volunteering at The HAVEN makes a difference in the lives of local women while giving back to the community and learning new skills along the way.

The HAVEN is a completely confidential service and no referral is needed. The HAVEN provides information and support to women in the community.

Volunteering at The HAVEN is a great opportunity to connect to the community whilst contributing to making South Australia a safer place for women.

Before you start, you will receive 4 days comprehensive training in Communication, Working with Diverse Clients, Understanding and Responding to Domestic Violence and Community Outreach through the Women’s Information Service (WIS).
